What you will be able to order

One Playnitive Lotti: a plush toy the child talks to. They press the single button in its hand, ask a question out loud, and it answers in a child-friendly voice, tells stories and explains things. There is no screen and no camera, and every conversation is processed inside the European Union.

The plush is a one-off purchase. The AI conversation runs on a separate monthly or yearly subscription, and every new plush includes a 7-day free trial so you can start talking straight out of the box.

  • Your place in the queue

    Every pre-order gets a number, in the order the deposits are paid, and the first production run ships in that order. Your number is in your confirmation email.

  • Early access to the parent app

    You are let into the parent app before it opens to everyone: set up your account, look around the parental zone and tell us what is missing, while your Lotti is still being built.

  • Price guarantee

    What you see when you order is what you pay, even if the shelf price is higher at launch.

  • Founder subscription price

    30% off the conversation subscription for this plush, for as long as you keep it. It does not expire and it does not go up later.

  • A hand-signed thank-you card

    Signed by us, with your number on it.

  • An adoption certificate

    A printed certificate for Lotti, with your child's first name and the date. We ask for the name shortly before we ship, never at checkout.

  • A sticker set

    A sheet of Playnitive stickers in the box.

How the pre-order will work

Four steps, and you will be able to stop at any of the first three.

  1. You pay a deposit

    A refundable deposit through Stripe reserves one Lotti from the first production run and locks your price. The amount is published when pre-orders open.

  2. We finish and certify it

    CE certification closes and the first batch is manufactured. We write to you while it happens, including the parts that go wrong.

  3. We invoice the rest

    When your Lotti is ready to ship we send an invoice for the remainder. Nothing is charged automatically, and you can still walk away with the deposit back.

  4. It ships to you

    Delivery is planned for June 2027 - August 2027, anywhere in the European Union. Once it arrives you have 14 days to change your mind, as with any EU distance sale.

Questions about pre-ordering

When can I order one?

Pre-orders open once the price and the first production run are settled, and delivery is planned for June 2027 - August 2027. The waitlist gets the link before the page goes live, and being on it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Why only Lotti, and not Levi or Kobi?

The first production run is one character, so the first batch can be certified, built and shipped without splitting it three ways. Levi and Kobi follow after launch, and they are the same hardware and the same firmware in different fabric.

Will there be a subscription on top?

Yes, for the conversation. The plush will be a one-off purchase, but every conversation uses paid cloud AI services, so that side runs monthly or yearly. Every new plush includes a 7-day free trial, and stories can still be started free of charge from the phone if you decide not to subscribe. Pre-ordering will take 30% off that subscription for the plush you order, for as long as you keep it.
