If it already works in the video, why the wait?

Because the video shows the working prototype, and in the EU a toy for children may only be sold after full testing. The tests run on finished plushes made from the production materials, which is why delivery is planned for June 2027 - August 2027.

   The prototype works

   The electronics and the conversation work, as the uncut video shows. The plushes you see are samples, and series production is still ahead of us.

   We have the finished plush tested

   Toys for children fall under the EU's strict rules, and we follow every one of them. That takes full testing, so that Lotti is safe at every level: from the chemistry of the materials through the seams, the small parts and the battery compartment to the electronics and the radio. An independent lab runs the tests on finished plushes made from the production materials, because the chemical tests are only valid on those.

   We make the first production run

   Once every test has passed, the first production run is made and shipping starts, planned for June 2027 - August 2027.

What you are reserving

One Playnitive Lotti: a plush toy the child talks to. They press the single button in its hand, ask a spoken question, and it answers in a child-friendly voice, tells stories and explains things. There is no screen and no camera, and every conversation is processed inside the European Union.

The plush is a one-off purchase. The AI conversation runs on a separate subscription from €5.40 a month, and every new plush includes a 7-day free trial (3 months with a pre-order) so you can start talking straight out of the box.

  You are let into the parent app before it opens to everyone: set up your account, look around the parental zone and tell us what is missing, while your Lotti is still being built.

• Price guarantee

  What you see when you order is what you pay, even if the shelf price is higher at launch.

• Founder subscription price

  After the 3 free months, 30% off the conversation subscription for this plush, for as long as you keep it. It does not expire and it does not go up later.

• A hand-signed thank-you card

  Signed by us, with your number on it.

• An adoption certificate

  A printed certificate for Lotti, with your child's first name and the date. We ask for the name shortly before we ship, never at checkout.

• A sticker set

  A sheet of Playnitive stickers in the box.

How the pre-order works

Four steps, and you can stop at any of the first three.

1. 1

   You pay the deposit

   €14 today, through Stripe. That reserves one Lotti from the first production run and locks your price at €95.

2. 2

   We finish and certify it

   CE certification closes and the first batch is manufactured. We write to you while it happens, including the parts that go wrong.

3. 3

   We invoice the rest

   When your Lotti is ready to ship we send an invoice for the remaining €81. Nothing is charged automatically, and you can still walk away with the deposit back.

4. 4

   It ships to you

   Delivery is planned for June 2027 - August 2027, anywhere in the European Union. Once it arrives you have 14 days to change your mind, as with any EU distance sale.

Pre-order terms

The whole agreement, in seven sentences. The same text goes into your confirmation email, so you keep a copy of it.

• The deposit is €14 and it reserves one Playnitive Lotti for you.
• The full price is €95, of which the remaining €81 is due before dispatch. Nothing is charged automatically.
• The price is locked: you pay €95 even if the shelf price at launch is higher.
• Expected delivery: June 2027 - August 2027. If that window moves we will write to you before it passes.
• The deposit is refundable in full, at any time before dispatch, for any reason. Reply to your confirmation email or write to info@playnitive.com.
• If we cannot deliver at all, the deposit is refunded in full.
• After delivery you have 14 days to withdraw under the EU distance selling rules.
